Students from the Beaver College of Health Sciences gathered together to participate in an interprofessional "Show and Tell Day" in Levine Hall on Thursday April 7th. This event showcased each Department's academic programs and allowed undergraduate and graduate students from each program to share their professions’ unique role in health care services. Students from the Department of Communication Science and Disorders presented information about Dysphagia, i.e., swallowing function and its disorders, with help from Dr. Jordan Hazelwood. Dr. Hazelwood is an Assistant Professor and Board Certified Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders.
