Biography:

Jennifer C. Dalton, Ph.D., MBA, is the Undergraduate Program Director in Communication Sciences and Disorders, recognized for her strategic leadership in curriculum development, program assessment, and initiatives driving student success. With 15+ years in higher education, she fosters critical thinking, real-world readiness, and inclusive education. She is the recipient of the 2021 Beaver College of Health Sciences Outstanding Teaching Award and served as the 2023 UNC System Academic Affairs Faculty Fellow. Additionally, she has secured grants supporting program development and enhancing student learning outcomes. Committed to shaping the future of higher education, she envisions building innovative, collaborative, and inclusive programs that equip diverse learners and prepare them for dynamic professional landscapes.
